it's just that the whole world calls it football (not just Europe - actually I'm not European) and this video is watched by the whole world, so the title is somehow confusing.
call football football and soccer soccer. We generally like to differ from everywhere else you, and your metric system gasp.
this debate so I looked up Soccer on Wiki, and sure enough it is titled as "Association football." Calling our "football" as such just doesn't even make sense. the only time they kick the ball is for a field goal.
